Jeremy joined our team as a Manual and Exercise Based Physiotherapist.
In 2016, Jeremy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He furthered his studies at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) in Scotland and graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2019.
Having traveled abroad for his Physiotherapy education, Jeremy has gained clinical experience in a wide variety of settings and populations throughout the United Kingdom as well as having worked in an Orthopedic Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Treating patients from many walks of life have inspired Jeremy to focus on the unique and individual traits of each person, honing a holistic, client-centered approach to his treatment.
With over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry and in personal training, Jeremy has first hand experience in the rigors of exercise, injury and recovery. Ranging from beginner weightlifting programs, seniors fitness classes, and training runners for local races such as the Tely 10, Jeremy has helped numerous people achieve their fitness goals.
Jeremy competes as an avid Powerlifter and has found success on both local and international stages. In 2017 he competed against the rest of the United Kingdom as a part of Team Scotland, winning gold alongside his 11 teammates at the Home Nations Powerlifting Championships.
