Blaise Peters
(MScPT)

Born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Blaise obtained his Masters of Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2018. Blaise has been playing soccer for over 20 years, climbing for 6 years, and more recently has enjoyed trail and road running, highlighted by completing the East Coast Trail 50km ultramarathon in 2023.

Blaise’s clinical practice is influenced by his experiences in sports and performance, which have offered personal and professional insight into assessing, treating, and overcoming an array of traumatic, chronic, and overuse injuries.

Whether his clients are avid walkers, competitive athletes, casual runners, or anywhere in-between, Blaise takes pride in providing a thorough biomechanical assessment. This form of assessment guides a treatment plan that is designed to help his clients move better, feel better, and feel more empowered as they recover from injury. To help with pain and engaging with activity, Blaise uses specific tailored exercises, a variety of manual techniques, dry needling, and education to help clients understand their body and overcome their injury.

Blaise has completed Dr. Jared Vagy’s Climbing physiotherapy hybrid course, which offered detailed insight into shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand injury, rehabilitation, and prevention.
