Shawna Jessica graduated from Massage Therapy at Academy Canada in February 2024. During her studies, she has been provided years of a variety of experiences that has brought her much understanding and accomplishments in the field. Shawna is from St. John’s, Newfoundland, and through work experiences has come to realize her passion for massage therapy.

Some courses Shawna has completed throughout the massage therapy course include, and are not limited to: understanding, assessing, and treating a variety of different conditions, orthopedic assessments, hydrotherapy, remedial exercise, pathology, and anatomy and physiology. She has also completed and holds a certificate for Cupping modality.

From relaxation treatments to injuries or conditions, Shawna shows great compassion in helping others and therefore is sure to provide a relaxing, comforting, and understanding atmosphere to aid in a part of their healing journey.
